馬汀令可公司將于2012年10月25日至26日在上海舉辦全員生產(chǎn)維修最佳實(shí)踐的培訓(xùn)活動(dòng)。
培訓(xùn)對(duì)象:
1.制造企業(yè)廠長(zhǎng)、生產(chǎn)副總、生產(chǎn)/制造部經(jīng)理、設(shè)備部經(jīng)理,TPM活動(dòng)小組主要成員參加;
2.制造部門各級(jí)主管、設(shè)備保養(yǎng)及維修工程師、生產(chǎn)技術(shù)部主管及工程師、現(xiàn)場(chǎng)改善活動(dòng)小組主要成員參加;
3.開發(fā)部、質(zhì)量部、設(shè)備采購(gòu)等相關(guān)主管與工程師,對(duì)TPM活動(dòng)及提升企業(yè)整體生產(chǎn)運(yùn)營(yíng)效率感興趣者參加。
該培訓(xùn)將幫助您達(dá)到什么目標(biāo):
1、參加全部?jī)?nèi)容培訓(xùn),基本目標(biāo)是學(xué)員成為“企業(yè)內(nèi)部的TPM 督導(dǎo)師”:
系統(tǒng)學(xué)習(xí)TPM 的主要內(nèi)容和推廣的實(shí)務(wù)方法,掌握TPM 活動(dòng)的思想精髓;
詳細(xì)掌握如何成功導(dǎo)入TPM 的具體方法,如具體步驟、方法和關(guān)鍵點(diǎn)和可能的問題點(diǎn), 有能力以提高OEE 為目標(biāo),制訂TPM 的計(jì)劃,策劃TPM 的程序和項(xiàng)目計(jì)劃書,并能組織TPM 項(xiàng)目,以促進(jìn)TPM活動(dòng)順利開展。
2、根據(jù)企業(yè)實(shí)際需要有選擇地深入學(xué)習(xí)部分內(nèi)容:
以建立企業(yè)數(shù)據(jù)收集與分析,強(qiáng)化基礎(chǔ)管理為主要目的;以生產(chǎn)自主保全為主要目的,掌握自主保全活動(dòng)的目的、方法和實(shí)務(wù)技巧,以及如何處理可能存在的問題;
以專業(yè)保全為主要目的,了解完整的保養(yǎng)體系、建立設(shè)備管理指標(biāo)、掌握零故障方法,以及如何處理可能存在的問題;
企業(yè)其他特殊需要的。

Who Should Attend?
1. Plant manager of manufacturing enterprises, production deputy director, production/manufacturing manager, equipment department manager, main member of TPM activities group;

Aims at Autonomous Maintenance, master purpose, methods and practical skills of Autonomous Maintenance activities, and how to deal with the existing problems;
Aims at Professional Maintenance, understanding the whole maintenance system, establishing the equipment management indicator, master zero fault method, and how to deal with the existing problems;
